Frequently Asked Questions about the user accounts on this site.

Please follow the instructions below in order to create an account with the Curnock Estate website:

1) Click on the "Create new account" link.
2) Enter the relevant infromation to all the mandatory fields (marked with a red star) and press "Create New Acount".
3) An e-mail will be sent to you with your username and password.

Please note that the account will not be activated immediately. You will have to wait for one of the administrators to enable it. This is done in order to minimise spam and inappropriate content.

If you want to change your password to something that is easier to remember please follow the steps below:

1) Login to your account by using your current user name and password.
2) Click on the "My Account" link that is located on the left handside under your username box.
3) Click on the "Edit" tab on the upper centre corner of the page.
4) Enter your new password fields.
5) Click the "Submit" button on the lower part of the page.

If you have forgot your password for your account please follow the following steps:

1) Click on the "Request new password" link that is located under the "User login" box.
2) Enter the e-mail address that you used when you registered your account.
3) Click on the "E-mail New Password" button.
4) An e-mail with a new password will be sent to you soon.
5) Check your e-mails and use the new password to login.
